RETURN POLICY
As all fabric is cut to order, returns are not allowed unless the fabric is defective. Colors shown will vary from the actual fabric due to the variation in monitors. If you need a very specific color we suggest you get a sample before you buy.
There are no returns on custom made items or special orders. Frame and fabric kits are not returnable if they have been put together!
BEDDING is NOT returnable if it has been removed from the original packaging!
For all other items email us if you need to exchange or return an item.
Due to the OUTRAGEOUS amount of money the credit card companies charge us for refunds, we will send you a check as soon as your item is received by us.
Under NO circumstances do we refund shipping costs.

HOW TO ORDER
Our fabric is sold in 1 yard increments (36"l x 54"w). 1 yard being the minimum order. If you need to order half yards (i.e. 3 1/2 yards) Please contact us by e-mail with your request. By clicking the ADD TO CART button you will order 1 yard of fabric. You can increase this number on the order page. Unless you ask, all fabric is sold in continuous lenghts.
If you are looking for a specific color but not pattern, use the SEARCH button. Just enter the color you are interested in. Keep it basic i.e. Blue, Green,Pink not aquamarine,chartreuse or magenta, you"ll get better results.
If you are looking for a specific pattern and do not find it, let us know. If it is still available we will do a special order for you. All special orders are non-returnable.

SAMPLES
There is a $2.00 charge for 1-2 samples and a $5.00 charge for 3-6 samples. These charges will appear as a shipping charge on your invoice.
If you make a purchase of full price fabric or a fabric kit within 3 months we will give you a credit for the samples you purchased.
Sample sizes vary by design. They are small and show only the colors in the fabric, not the design. If you need larger samples or more than 6, please call us at 888-343-7285 to order.
Samples are sent by US Mail.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We prefer to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you would like to pay by check or money order,please call us toll free at 888-343-7285. Sorry but we cannot ship COD.
SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY
The AVAILABILITY is on the page where you see the fabric. We ship by Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Availability on sale items will be on a first come first sold basis. If your choice is not available you will be contacted and have the option of substitution or cancelling your order.
If AVAILABILITY is more than 1-2 weeks that means we are ordering your item from Europe. We try to give as accurate an estimated shipping as possible. If we are going to miss the delivery date we listed we will contact you. We do NOT charge your credit card for any item until we are ready to ship.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to addresses within New York State. The amount of sales tax will appear on your order confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe at the present time. We do NOT ship to the Middle East, Far East or Africa. We ship through the US POSTAL SERVICE. The customer is responsible for paying all duty and taxes upon delivery. Returns are allowed on defective fabric only. We will email after we receive your order with the shipping costs. You must approve these costs before we will release your order.
PRIVACY POLICY
Textile Arts is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order. Your e-mail address will be used to contact you concerning your order and to inform you of specials or new product information. If you would not like to be on our e-mail list to be notified of new collections or sales, you may opt out by sending us an email with your email address and full name. Please note: Each time you order, your name automatically enters our list. So even though you may have asked not to be on our list, if you ordered since that request, your name will probably be added again. Sorry, but we haven't figured out a way to fix this yet.
